us first before shipping an item. That way we know it's coming and or
to give special instructions if any. Currenty we suggest FedEx as they
are the cheapest. Tracking is free and insurance can be obtained. If we
repair the item, we will have it insured.
The FedEx web site has useful information
on packaging of an item. We recommend the item be double boxed
and an extra shipping label be placed inside the outter box. Do
not put a shipping label over a box seam.
